Thinnest whole-house furnace mount EAC provides best in class efficiency and lowest static pressure
Martinez California-based AspenAir is proud to announce the arrival of its newly-designed furnace mount EAC systems. These systems offer all the outstanding performance characteristics found in all of AspenAir’s whole-house air filtration systems, but are designed for installation in either AspenAir’s thin proprietary housing, or when used with AspenAir’s SlimLine RetroKit, will retrofit most EAC and media housings.
The new SlimLine design of the furnace mount systems makes it the perfect choice when the installation calls for a furnace mount application, but where space is restricted. At a mere 3.75 inches nominal width, AspenAir’s furnace mount system will quickly retrofit most installed EAC or furnace mount housings. And in new install situations, especially those where space is limited, when with used AspenAir’s proprietary SlimLine housing. (4.75 inches nominal width) you can quickly and easily install a high-efficiency whole house electronic air cleaner where larger, bulkier models simply will not fit.
This exciting Green product joins AspenAir's revolutionary Filter Grille Systems to round out an outstanding line of whole-house, high-efficiency air cleaning systems. All AspenAir’s systems have been laboratory proven to be 99% efficient at capturing harmful airborne particles down to 0.1 microns. They do this while consuming only two watts of electricity and introduce static pressure of 0.11" wg @ 1200 CFM. The SlimLine model comes in a nominal width of 3.75” and when installed in its proprietary SlimLine housing, is only 4.75” wide, the thinnest EAC available. And in situations where another manufacturer’s EAC or media housing is already in place, simply use our QuikTrak RetroKit to retrofit most EAC or media housings in minutes. Installations are quick and simple using low voltage wiring. Maintenance consists of simply replacing our disposable media once or twice a year – that’s it! They currently come in four common sizes, 16X20, 20X20, 16X24, and 20X24. There’s no sparking, arcing, or harmful ozone to worry about, and all AspenAir systems come with our simple, hassle-free 5 year warranty.
